• All orders are placed via WhatsApp or our enquiry form and confirmed by our team.
• Prices displayed on the website are indicative. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.
• Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (where available).
• D-ORGANO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Delivery

• We ship Pan India. Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 3–7 business days).
• Delivery charges, if any, are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• D-ORGANO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Product Quality

All our products are lab-tested and FSSAI certified. We take utmost care in packaging and freshness. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
